Vizserve Private Limited is a full website and job portal system where I handled UI/UX design and WordPress development. I also built a custom ATS (Applicant Tracking System) using Next.js with integrated email functionality, enabling HR teams to manage the entire recruitment process within a single platform. designed and implemented recruiter workflows, including candidate pipeline management directly within the web application, allowing seamless tracking from application to hiring stages. Additionally, I integrated Microsoft Teams to automate interview scheduling and notifications, ensuring smooth communication between recruiters and candidates. To further enhance efficiency, I developed a chatbot using Tawk.to and trained it with a structured knowledge base to support onboarding and internal training, significantly reducing repetitive HR tasks and improving overall business operations.
